About the Hospital

Mbuya Dorcas Hospital, located in Harare Zimbabwe is one of the country’s newest medical centers, offering world class services and features, a well-structured facility, together with highly reputable staff. Founded by Archbishop Dr Ezekiel Guti, Mbuya Dorcas Hospital opened its doors to the public in September of 2012, and has since provided life-saving care to thousands of patients from all over Zimbabwe.
The Hospital is named after the late Ambuya Dorcas Guti, mother of Archbishop Dr. Ezekiel H Guti, whose first encounter with the gospel of Jesus Christ led her to share this same news with her children. Young Ezekiel Guti would later seek God after hearing this news from his mother, and began a journey with God that would lead millions to salvation. Along with salvation of souls came the vision of a hospital which would minister to the health needs of the people, while at the same time having a Non-Medicine wing where people are prayed for, counselled, receive their healing and deliverance through the power of the name of Jesus Christ.
Mbuya Dorcas Hospital was built by the members of ZAOGA Forward in Faith Ministries International Ministries, the global ministry which was founded by Archbishop Dr. EH Guti. Through a teaching called “Talents” in which members of ZAOGA FIFMI are taught to work with their hands in order to support various church and community development projects, members worked tirelessly to raise funds for the building and establishment of this great hospital.
